A Growing Market
The digital rental sector is experiencing unprecedented growth in the Dominican Republic. From 2018 to September 2023, properties rented through digital platforms like Airbnb and Homestay increased by 68%, from 22,519 to 37,893 units. Growth was especially notable in non-tourist provinces, where supply grew by more than 400%.
About Instarecibo
Instarecibo was born in December 2021, when our founder Dalvin Segura spoke with his barber, who was also a property manager. He shared how tedious it was to fill out receipts for multiple clients and how easy it was to forget payment dates. This inspired the idea: create a solution to automate receipt generation and delivery, allowing managers to efficiently handle their properties and keep clear payment records.
Our Evolution
What started as a web app has evolved into a comprehensive solution available on both mobile and web platforms, adapting to real user needs. After a pause in 2023 and 2024, Instarecibo returns in 2025 with renewed ideas and a clearer focus to offer a truly useful tool that saves property managers time.
