My barber—who also managed several rental properties—shared his daily struggles: manually filling out receipts, tracking payment deadlines, and maintaining tenant records. His frustration with these tedious, error-prone processes sparked an idea that became Instarecibo.

Instarecibo is a digital solution that automates receipt generation, payment tracking, and tenant management for property owners and managers in the Dominican Republic. Currently free to use, our platform addresses three key pain points:
